It’s the biggest skirt we’ve ever made. We used the bottom half of the White Bear Dress and gave it it’s own design. This flow-y skirt has 5 panels and a ruffle at the bottom. It’s perfect for twirling and dancing and there’s a back zipper closure. Models are wearing size Small & Large

Material: This fabric is a black, red, and blue cotton plaid with a gold thread running through it.  Made from deadstock material. Deadstock is the leftover fabric from other fashion houses.     Love the skirt! I Wore it to work and received many compliments. The only thing that would make it better is pockets.
