It’s the biggest skirt we’ve ever made. We used the bottom half of the White Bear Dress and gave it it’s own design. This flow-y skirt has 5 panels and a ruffle at the bottom. It’s perfect for twirling and dancing and there’s a side zipper closure. Model is wearing size Medium paired with the matching Victorian Nightie in Blush and the Leather Calico Belt
