This vintage-style cotton petticoat can be worn alone or under other dresses and skirts.
This petticoat it pokes out perfectly under any of our Long Skirts, Pinafores, Lacey Jean Skirts, Ashley Mae Dresses, or any other skirt or dress that needs a little extra femininity. This cotton fabric is very soft, T-shirt like. There is elastic at the waistband.

This petticoat is a very soft t-shirt like cotton with a lace ruffle and elastic waistband.
MATERIAL- Cotton fabric and lace deadstock fabric. Dead stock is what is left over when larger fashion houses discard their fabric and by using it, we are striving to keep more fabric out of landfills.
