It’s the biggest skirt we’ve ever made. We used the bottom half of the White Bear Dress and gave it it’s own design. This flow-y skirt has 5 panels and a ruffle at the bottom. It’s perfect for twirling and dancing and there’s a side zipper closure. Model is wearing size Small cinched in with the Vintage Style Cotton Petticoat, the Leather Calico Belt, the Skirt Hike, and the Cotton Prairie Blouse in Eggshell. This fabric is a black floral heavy weight rayon.
