Cotton Ashley Mae Dress in Gingham

Our customers always inspire us and this dress was no exception. Ashley Mae is an inspiration to many. She plays fiddle and makes up the other half of Lost Dog Street Band. She’s an artist, quilter, and screen printer. We’ve been a fan for many years and she loves to wear her RevivALL pieces, so it was extra exciting when she reached out with a dress she thought we might like to pattern.

As with any vintage dress we re-make, we always change a few things to make it unique. This dress has a square neckline, antique brass buttons down the front, pockets, and a lace up back to get the fit around the waist perfect. The fabric is a deadstock classic greyish/blue cotton gingham

This dress runs big as it’s meant to be slightly oversized and cinched. Model is wearing a size Small corseted all the way paired with the Cotton Petticoat in Oat.
