*Holiday Return/Exchange Policy* we will allow items bought as gifts to be exchanged (if we have it in stock) or returned for store credit. All gift return/exchange communications have to be done before December 29.
Standard Return/Exchange Policy
We are a small company and need your help if you would like to return or exchange anything.
Please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days of receiving your order if you aren’t satisfied. At that time, you can request an exchange (if we have it in stock) or a refund.
-Please ship back the item within 7 days and if possible, send us tracking info so we can keep tabs on it.
-We must receive the item within 12 days of the return request email so that we can log it back into stock for another lovely customer. When we receive your item, the refund (minus shipping) will be applied to the credit card used for payment within 3 business days.
-If the item is received after the 12 days, there will be a 30% restocking fee. If this is an exchange, the restocking fee must be paid before the exchange can be sent out.
-If the item is received after 30 days, shipment will be refused.
