HOLIDAY GIFT RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Many of you may be buying gifts for loved ones, so I thought I’d update you on the return/exchange policy. Because everything is limited quantities, it’s difficult to accept returns after that product has sold out. The usual policy is a return/exchange within 7 days however, for the holidays, I will accept them for STORE CREDIT ONLY and I must be notified of the returning merchandise before December 31. A great option is to buy a Gift Certificate instead. Thank you for understanding.

Standard Return/Exchange Policy

We are a small company and need your help if you would like to return or exchange anything.

Please contact us via email (heretohelp@revivallclothing.com) within 7 days of receiving your order if you aren’t satisfied. At that time, you can request an exchange (if we have it in stock) or a refund. 

-Please ship back the item within 7 days and if possible, send us tracking info so we can keep tabs on it.  

-We must receive the item within 12 days of the return request email so that we can log it back into stock for another lovely customer. When we receive your item, the refund will be applied to the credit card used for payment within 3 business days.

-If the item is received after the 12 days, there will be a 30% restocking fee. If this is an exchange, the restocking fee must be paid before the exchange can be sent out.

-If the item is received after 30 days, shipment will be refused.
