It’s the biggest skirt we’ve ever made. We used the bottom half of the White Bear Dress and gave it it’s own design. This flow-y skirt has 5 panels and a ruffle at the bottom. It’s perfect for twirling and dancing and there’s a side zipper closure with back cinch at the waist you can adjust for the perfect size. Model is wearing the Linen Betty Blouse and Calico Belt
