This is the bottom half of the White Bear Dress. We had a mix up with the pattern maker and ended up making the White Bear Dresses too small in the waist. They were so beautiful, the fit was just off, so we decided to cut them at the waist and make a top and skirt. Here’s the White Bear Skirt in Tartan. The waistband has a zipper and a tie, making it an adjustable fit.
*Please note that as we cut lower into the skirts to fit a larger waist, the skirt gets shorter*

Large-Waist 32-34″/Length 34″
Material: This fabric is a lighter weight plaid cotton with a cotton navy ruffle. Made from deadstock material. Deadstock is the leftover fabric from other fashion houses.
