This is the top half of the White Bear Dress. We had a mix up with the pattern maker and ended up making the White Bear Dresses too small in the waist. They were so beautiful, the fit was just off, so we decided to cut them at the waist and make a top and skirt. Here’s the White Bear Blouse in Tartan! With the lace up back, it’s an adjustable fit.
