This vintage-style black petticoat is the perfect layering piece to keep you cozy this season. It can be worn alone or under other dresses and skirts.

This petticoat pokes out perfectly under any of our Long Skirts, Pinafores, Rosemary Dresses, or any other skirt or dress that needs a little extra femininity.
