Sure, we’ve got the prairie thing down, now it’s time to add a little Victorian. This stunning blouse has a high neck, (tie it closed or leave it open), ruffled yoke, and a more forgiving cut. It’s flow-y nature allows for a tucked-in or loose fit look. The billow sleeves gather gently at the cuff. The ditsy floral rayon fabric has a heavy drape and soft hand with romantic tones of orange, green, white, and red. Shown with the Wool Pencil Skirt In Pinstripe and the Noir Calico Belt.
