We decided to keep things simple with this easy to wear, lightweight flowy cotton skirt for Fall We took the petticoat pattern and, instead of lace, made the ruffle the same fabric as the skirt. It’s a mustard colored cotton. Shown with the Surplus Henley.

Deadstock is what is left over when larger fashion houses discard their fabric and by using it, we are striving to keep more fabric out of landfills.
