Who doesn’t love a long, flowing skirt? If you do, the Prairie skirt is for you. There’s pockets and buttons down the front that you can open up to show a little more leg. This fabric is a dusty black/grey rayon with an incredible, heavy drape. Shown here with the Chemise in Harvest Moon. and the Prairie Blouse in Victorian Trellis.

Fit: Runs on the small side. Unbutton from the bottom to show some leg. Elastic in the back of waist gives only a slight adjustment in sizing. Best for average-curved to straight body shapes.
Material: Smoky grey/black rayon deadstock fabric. Easy to dress up or down. Deadstock is what is left over when larger fashion houses discard their fabric and by using it, we are striving to keep more fabric out of landfills. Details: Bottom ruffle, elastic at the back of the waistband, buttons down the front, pockets. So cute paired with a denim jacket.

Absolutely LOVE the style and fabric of this skirt. It is definitely snug around the waist so keep that in mind with sizing and make sure your waist measurement is accurate! Perfect to unbutton up to the knee when I’m working around during the day or to wear for a nice occasion. This will be a forever favorite of mine.
