Lacey Jean flatters nearly every figure.
Fit: Pay attention to the hip measurement because the waist can be cinched. The skirt will give you curves even if you don’t have them to begin with. Sizing is extremely forgiving because though it is designed to fit more high-waisted, it can be worn lower on the hips. Waist can be further adjusted with the cinch at the back.
Material: Brushed cotton olive colored deadstock fabric. Deadstock is what is left over when larger fashion houses discard their fabric and by using it, we are striving to keep more fabric out of landfills. This also ensures we are not participating in the new fabric industry, which is extremely harmful on our planet. Want to know more about deadstock fabric? Click here.
Details: Though it is not a traditional riding skirt, I have ridden in it. Buttons can be undone from the bottom up to show a bit of leg. Super cute styled with a pinafore and/or with packer boot.
Two front pleats and two back pleats at waist.
Antique buttons down the front.
Back cinch closure.

I own five Lacey Jeans now and absolutely love them! I wear mine with anything- they look equally cute with a knotted tshirt as they do with a blouse. The wide yolk front and adjustable back are super shape flattering and even accommodated my postpartum journey perfectly! Seriously worth the money ✨

Just ordered my 4th Lacey Jean- they’re the best skirts and worth every penny! I’m in between sizes, so I have a few in each of the two sizes and love them both ways. I wear the smaller size high-waisted and the larger size lower on the hip, but it can also be cinched to wear higher. The POCKETS are so perfect, very roomy (and possibly the most important feature)! 🧡
