Perfect for layering and working, this pinafore dress is reminiscent of an apron, but feels more like a jumper. Try wearing it over another dress or with just a shirt underneath. Two large front pockets carry all of your eggs in one basket! (as long as you don’t have, like, 40 chickens)! Elastic in the back of the waistband makes it your best friend on those days when you want to have that second helping of desert 🙂

P.S.-Everything I make is from up-cycled or re-claimed materials, hence the RevivALL…This pinafore dress is made from dead stock floral linen. Dead stock is what is left over when larger fashion houses discard their fabric and by using it, we are striving to keep more fabric out of landfills. The floral pattern on this fabric is drop-dead GORGEOUS. It is nice and light linen–perfect for summer. It has a zipper on the side so you it’s easy to slide on and I love the pockets. I am 5’3” and weigh 130 lbs and got a medium. It fits perfectly around the bust and waist except for the length. I am short, so I’m going to get it hemmed 3″-4″. It’s touching the ground if I don’t. However, I can understand why a medium would be 40″ in the case you’re a tall “medium” person.

What a comfortable and beautiful garment! I was happily surprised. I honestly didn’t know what to expect with my order. In the past, I’ve ordered dresses online from other places and when they arrive, the material is either very low quality or the stitching is. I’m 5’7″ but I don’t usually find clothing that can fit me off the rack, so I’m super leery about ordering online without trying things on. I put this dress on and I was SO HAPPY!! It wasn’t tight AT ALL! It fit snuggly, but there’s totally room to move and stretch and LIVE! The side zipper is the key, I do believe, and the POCKETS ROCK!! Now, if only I could line up my paydays with when this pattern is available in my size every time, I would absolutely replace my current wardrobe!! TOTALLY RECOMMEND!! 🙂 🙂 🙂

Fits exactly as the sizing chart said, and it is perfect! You can instantly feel the high quality of the fabric and the fantastic skill of the garment’s construction. The packaging is also environmentally friendly, which I love.
The fabric pattern is really warm in color and it is really easy to pair with many different tops. Can’t recommend enough!
