This fabric is, in one word, romantic. It’s black with dusty pink large print roses and a soft pink polka dot ruffle. The ruffle adds weight to the bottom to create incredible flow and drape. Perfect for frolicking through fields and twirling on the dance floor! Two hidden side pockets, back zipper closure and adjustable waist tie makes the fit easy and flattering.

This dress waistline is a little longer than high waist. If you have a long torso, it will be perfect. If you’re more petite, it will blouse out a bit above the waist.
