I’m 5’6 215 lbs and the XL fit beautifully. There was extra room in the knees, I imagine for bending knees not to stretch the hemp. This is my first piece of hemp clothing and wasn’t sure what hemp felt like besides hemp rope. The pants are a bit rugged to the touch but not itchy when wearing. Lovely piece
