Habitat Coat

$95.00

Inhabit this medium-weight, mid-season layer from the farmer’s market to the forest floor. It keeps you comfortable down to temps in the mid 30s. These jackets are used Army jacket liners and the pockets are wool scraps from our Zero-ish Waste initiative. Each jacket is unique and may be different shades of Army Green.

The cuffed style has elastic at the wrists and drop-in wool pockets for cozy hands. It also has a more slim fit and runs true to size.

Layer this coat with a pair of wool overalls or wool jumper for a comfortable, warm, and versatile outfit. It’s also great over the Alpaca Duster. Paired here with the Henley Thermal, Lacey Jean Homestead Skirt in Spruce Wool, and Vintage Style Cotton Petticoat.

Material- Made from repurposed Army jacket liners and scraps of our deadstock wool material from other projects. This Habitat Coat was created as part of our zeroish waste initiative. Deadstock is the leftover fabric from other fashion houses. By using it, we are not participating in the new fabric industry, which is very toxic to the earth.
