It’s the biggest skirt we’ve ever made. We used the bottom half of the White Bear Dress and gave it it’s own design. This flow-y skirt has 5 panels and a ruffle at the bottom. It’s perfect for twirling and dancing and there’s a side zipper closure. Model is wearing size Small cinched in with the Leather Corset and the Victorian Blouse in Cream.  This fabric is a plaid cotton yellow, blue, and brown flannel.

Material: This fabric is a Flannel Cotton yellow, blue, and brown plaid.  Made from deadstock material. Deadstock is the leftover fabric from other fashion houses.
