It’s the biggest skirt we’ve ever made. We used the bottom half of the White Bear Dress and gave it it’s own design. This flow-y skirt has 5 panels and a ruffle at the bottom. It’s perfect for twirling and dancing and there’s a side zipper closure. Model is wearing size Medium paired with the Noir Calico Belt, the Gingham Prairie Blouse in Black and White, and the Black Petticoat (coming soon, sign up on the waitlist)
